What we expect of our applicants & what our applicants can expect from us:

We ask that you provide proof of veteran status. If a DD-214 is provided, it must be unaltered. All applicants for fuel must not have a monthly income that exceeds the federal poverty guidelines. If you have SNAP or Medicaid you meet the guidelines.

All submissions via VetFuel.org become the property of the organization VetFuel, Inc., which is a 501-c3 non-profit organization, created with the assistance of Yale Law School’s Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization— since 2014.

VetFuel, Incorporated, will not share, nor sell, your personally identifiable information with any party. All personally identifiable information, with the exception of standard demographic information, is destroyed once the application is completed. All applications remain confidential. By entering into this agreement, you allow VetFuel, Inc. its board, and advisors to use this information in a manner consistent with the application & support of VetFuel’s operations. By requesting assistance, you relinquish VetFuel, Inc. from all liability & hold harmless its board, its members, its funders, & agent; relinquishing your, your agent, and heirs’ rights to suit in perpetua.
